Yeah, you know what I mean….
* * * * * * * * * * * *
While we were sleeping – me in my ’kerchief and him in his cap – it came creeping through the night.
Slow and steady, drip by drip, ice gripped its cold, cruel hand on our land.
Thick and heavy, with deadly menace. We didn’t perceive the danger until it was too late.
By then ice was entrenched. No safe haven left to weather the storm.
Can we find a way out?
Like most, I’m hoping for the miracle of a thaw.

Me, too! Really bad cabin fever accentuated by not feeling 100%…some days not even 50%! Promise of 40’s this coming week, but will it make a difference? I really don’t want to get out of bed at all!
Oh, no. Were you able to get out?
Looks familiar. It was great to see you guys 🙏❤️
I thought about you all and wondered if you could get out.
